The geotechnical engineering design and consulting section of Abrand company is equipped with the latest software for analyzing and designing various challenges in the field of civil-geotechnical engineering. With the help of these software, numerical modeling of various geotechnical phenomena is done in order to investigate the behavior of the structure and the soil around it with high accuracy and sensitivity. The use of this software equipment enables the optimal and economic design of the most complex geotechnical problems and soil-structure interaction. Among the most important of these software, the following can be mentioned:

  • PLAXIS 2D and 3D: A powerful software employing finite element method to simulate soil and rock environment to analyze soil-structure interaction which allow the user to apply static and dynamic load.
  • Geo-Studio: A series of software using the limit equilibrium method to analyze slope stability, seepage, etc. in deep excavation, embankment, etc.
  • ABAQUS: A powerful finite element software to simulate and analyze such difficult problems.
  • FLAC 2D: Two-dimensional finite difference software for modeling rock and soil environments with multiple design and optimization capabilities.
  • Liquefy Pro: A software to analyze and evaluate the liquefaction potential in soil.
  • CSI ETABS: A well-known software for the structural design of steel and concrete structure with several capabilities in analysis.
  • CSI SAFE: An important software to design and simulate slab and foundation with the capability to import the model from ETABS.
  • MS Project: A software with the ability to schedule and project control in the field of construction management in all kinds of buildings.
